Regular Requirements

        SOP Standardized Operating ProceduresEnsures high efficiency and consistency of service. Standard SOP flowchart: Order Receiving & Dispatch → Pick-up & Loading → Transport Tracking & Exception Handling → Delivery → POD & Settlement.

Urgent Requirements

         An emergency resource reserve and rapid response mechanism are established: for urgent LTL and FTL transportation needs, emergency vehicles are promptly dispatched with experienced drivers to ensure critical customer goods are delivered within urgent timeframes.

Special Requirements

A dedicated task force is assigned to develop specialized solutions: In the event of a sudden warehouse overflow, we promptly activate contingency plans, allocate additional storage space and transport capacity to ensure timely cargo dispatch, resolving urgent customer needs.

Vehicle requirements: Dry cargo vehicles must be clean, moisture-proof, pest-proof, and prevent cross-contamination.  

Equipment Monitoring:GPSReal-time location tracking ensures optimized transportation routes.

Driver requirements: Possess experience in food-grade transportation and safety knowledge.

Transport Process Quality Control

Protection Management: Tarps must be securely covered throughout transportation to prevent rain and moisture.  

Hygiene and Safety: Vehicles must meet cleanliness standards; mixing with toxic, hazardous, or odorous goods is prohibited.  

Handling Standards: Handle with care to avoid squeezing, collision, or packaging damage.

Warehousing and Transit Management

Designated storage areas are established following the First-In, First-Out principle.
Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check stock status.
